For Mothership Operations

The VRTX is a Group 1 Vertical Takeoff and Lift (VTOL) designed in the same mindset as the RRSL: Low-Cost, Modular, Scalable, Reusable, Repairable, Attritable.

The VRTX was designed as an All-in-one Fixed Wing VTOL. Its primary mission and base configuration is as a mothership, carrying low-cost drones to within translational range of their max C2 range for maximum affect. With the option to upgrade anything and everything on the platform from improved ISR Payloads and sensors to additional lethal payload bays, Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS) C2, and even controlling swarms with the Strategic Logix Swarm of Swarms

Autonomy on any RRSL Platform.

The RRSL Ecosystem is completely upgradeable. Switching from Analog Systems optimized for manual flights to Autonomous Flights using our Digital Upgraded Air Unit is easy and can be done in seconds!

The RRSL-A, powered by Strategic Logix and Auterion, allows any RRSL Base Model, in any size, to convert to digital—only used for Autonomous missions—and perform tasks like Terminal Guidance, Target Recognition, Autopilot, and more.

The RRSL Series A is Swarm Capable, Fiber Compatible, and fits within the RRSL Ecosystem in full. Allowing you to tailor this system just as any other RRSL Product for your mission. 

Fiber Spools

US Made and NDAA Compliant Fiber-Optic Spools pre-wound, pot in shells, and terminated to connectors of your choice. Ready to Fly!

Spools are available from 1km to 50km+ and have been tested for performance in training and in theatre. 

With their specific, proprietary improvements, the L3 Harris Fiber Spools are the farthest-ranging and lowest weight per km in the world, allowing you to fly further, faster, on smaller platforms than ever before.

RRSL Series F

The First US Made Fiber Drone.

The RRSL-F is a US Made, NDAA Compliant, Blue UAS Pending Fiber conversion kit compatible with all RRSL Drones to convert your wireless drone to Fiber-Enabled in seconds. We don’t believe that you should have to buy two separate drones to perform two separate missions.

Available in Analog, Digital, or RF-over-tether, any drone can fly by wire and defeat congestion, contestion, and other denied environments without having to buy a separate, expensive platform.

Made wholly in the United States, the RRSL-F was the first US Made Fiber-Enabled Drone and has produly flown hundreds of missions to-date for US Servicemembers.

Common Questions

Not only are RRSL drones and other Strategic Logix products primarily US Made, NDAA Compliant, they are designed in collaboration with Servicemembers and tested and evaluated onsite with Soldiers to ensure that our products fit your exact use case. Because of their open-source nature, they iterate much faster than other drones and in its first year have evolved from manual, analog only to the a US Made Autonomous Drone, First US Made Fiber Drone, the First US Made Swarm Capable FPV, and more. With a long roadmap ahead for 2026, the RRSL and other Strategic Logix platforms will continue to improve.

Yes. Future proofing is a myth, but our products are close. From the RRSL to simulators, our products are designed to grow and scale with you from day one of starting a drone program to deployment. Everything is completely open-source, modular, editable, and upgradeable, preserving options for you to decide how our products work for you.

Yes. Every base RRSL comes with spare parts, replacement components, and more so units can self-repair and stay in the fight. We also offer fiber optic tether and field repair kits for units that want extended endurance or easier recovery in training or operations.

Yes. Our NDAA-compliant drones, fiber packs, other solutions have all been field tested by Soldiers prior to release in live training, experimentation, and operational environments. All RRSLs have been tested oversees. All products have been validated for durability, repairability, and employment under pressure and in tactical settings.

The RRSL comes in 3 major sizes: 5” Drone, 7” Drone, and 10” Drone.
