Explore Our Most Frequently Asked Questions

At Strategic Logix, we know that driving modernization and innovation from inside the DoD isn’t always easy. That’s why we started as an acquisitions support company — to give tactical units the tools, systems, and infrastructure they need to improve and iterate every day.

This FAQ page is here to answer common questions and help guide you through the “what ifs” of fielding a new capability. Don’t let uncertainty slow you down — and if your question isn’t listed here, our team is always ready to help.

We streamline the military purchasing process by leveraging coalition buying power, securing better value, and simplifying compliance. From sourcing and procurement to sustainment and support, our mission is to make modernization faster, easier, and more effective for warfighters and their partners.

Common Questions

Are Strategic Logix Drones NDAA compliant?

Yes. All of our drones, FPV systems, and Counter-UAS products are NDAA compliant, ensuring they meet Section 848 requirements and can be procured by U.S. military and allied forces without supply chain risks.

Are your drones made in the United States?

Yes. Strategic Logix and the COSB produces U.S.-made drones, FPV components, and Counter-UAS systems through our coalition of over 140 American small businesses. However, some components are unavailable in the US as of this note. The COSB maintains a healthy pipeline of developments, quickly bringing drone components into the US. Reach out for our roadmap of facilities opening soon and the projects we have ongoing.

Are your systems Blue UAS cleared?

Yes. Many Strategic Logix platforms and components are Blue UAS Cleared, whether via the Platform List or the Framework, meaning they meet Department of Defense cybersecurity, supply chain, and airworthiness standards. We would urge you to consider the July 2025 OSD Memorandum “Unleashing American Drone Dominance” which authorizes Drones made up of Blue UAS Framework Components as Blue UAS Platforms without formal listing.

Can you work with our current suppliers?

Yes, we can work with your current suppliers. We help manage the process so you keep the relationships you trust, while we find ways to make your purchasing easier and more efficient with the suppliers you already use.

What is the Rapid Reconfigurable Systems Line (RRSL)?

The RRSL is our modular, scalable drone ecosystem. A single kit can serve as a training drone, attack drone, ISR platform, simply by swapping payloads or power sources. It is U.S.-made, NDAA compliant, and Blue UAS approved. It is able to be flown analog, digital, or via fiber manually or autonomously with features like Automated Target Recognition, Terminal Guidance, and Swarms enabled in one, low-cost package.

Do you provide U.S.-made Counter-UAS systems?

Yes. Strategic Logix supplies U.S.-made Counter-UAS (C-UAS) solutions including detectors, jammers, and modular defensive kits that are NDAA and TAA compliant.

Can Strategic Logix help with acquisitions and procurement?

Yes. Strategic Logix began as an acquisitions support agency. We provide support for full requisition packets, justifications aligned with FAR/DFAR, and GPC purchase options to make procurement fast and compliant.

What contract vehicles are available for purchasing your products?

Strategic Logix products can be purchased through OTAs, GSA, direct government credit card (GPC) purchases, and FMS/FMF for allied partners. We assist units with documentation to justify U.S.-made systems over foreign alternatives.

Does Strategic Logix support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and U.S. aid-funded purchases?

Yes. Our U.S.-made drones, Counter-UAS systems, and fiber optic spools qualify for FMS and FMF programs, making them accessible to allied nations using U.S. security assistance funding. Please reach out for questions on specific products to determine if they are available for export.

Do you provide training and sustainment for your systems?

Yes. We offer pilot training, tactical employment instruction, build and repair training, and sustainment packages with spare parts and modular upgrades, ensuring units can train and fight with the same platform.

Why should the military choose Strategic Logix over foreign drone companies?

Unlike foreign-made drones, Strategic Logix delivers U.S.-made, NDAA-compliant, Blue UAS cleared systems. This ensures legal compliance, secure supply chains, and eligibility for U.S. and allied funding programs — all while delivering low-cost, high-impact capability to the tactical level.

Do you accept requests for new products or custom designs?

Yes. Strategic Logix was built to help units innovate at the tactical level. Whether you need a custom FPV drone, Counter-UAS solution, or a mission-specific payload, our coalition of over 140 U.S.-based small businesses allows us to rapidly prototype, test, and deliver new capabilities. If your unit has a design or concept, we can work with you to turn it into a field-ready, NDAA-compliant solution
