Jeremy Schnipke

Chief Executive Officer

Jeremy is our majority owner, Chief Executive Officer, and a Former U.S. Army Officer with extensive experience in Federal Acquisitions and Engineering.

Jeremy has served as the Director of Engineering at a U.S. Based firm and as a Senior Logistician in the U.S. Army. His breadth of experience and knowledge drove him to form this company to accomplish what he cares about most, equipping the modern Soldier with modern equipment, tailored for their mission.

Neil Valkenburg

Chief Financial Officer

Neil served as a budget analyst and procurement specialist for U.S. Special Operations Command tasked with identifying and funding of requirements across all methods of acquisition to include government purchase cards, miscellaneous interdepartmental purchase requests, contracts and cash operational funds. He has deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.

Upon his exit from the U.S. Military, he pursued a career in Corporate Accounting.

His focus is not only in the proper budgeting of our organization, but in the fiscal health of the units we serve.

Andrew Valkenburg

Chief Operations Officer

A multi-talented leader, former U.S. Army Officer, and West Point graduate with several U.S. patents in weapons defense armor.

His deep understanding of the Federal Acquisitions Process and compliancy regulations, paired with a commitment to the mission of tactical-level units, drives his passion for making critical equipment accessible to those who need it most, our Soldiers.

Addam Orsburn

Director of Business Development

Addam brings decades of leadership experience in both military and business sectors. As a National Guard officer, he understands the modern-day Soldier’s equipment-driven frustrations and has committed himself to making modernized equipment available to all.

As a former educator, he excels at making the government procurement process navigable and efficient to all units and levels of command.

His focus is on simplifying the process, empowering units to get the mission-essential equipment they need.
