Made in the USA. Built for secure, high-tempo military manufacturing on a GPC.
Bring additive manufacturing inside the wire without sacrificing speed, accuracy, or information security. Fusion3’s U.S.–made printers combine high-temperature performance, tight tolerances, open-materials flexibility, and security-first workflows—including “secure” configurations that operate on local networks with locked external interfaces.
Fusion3 EDGE – Large-format, secure, production-grade
Best for: Labs and units needing large, engineering-grade parts; programs with strict OPSEC requirements.
Fusion3 F200 – Compact, high-temp workhorse with on-device AI
Certified profiles across ABS, ASA, nylon, PC, PETG, TPU/TPE, carbon-/glass-fiber-reinforced blends, and more; select metals and PVDF with EDGE magnetic bed and specific surfaces.
Typical parts: jigs/fixtures, UAV/UGV airframes and fairings, comms mounts, sensor shrouds, training aids, custom cases/inserts, replacement brackets, and repair parts.
Operate fully air-gapped if required (secure configurations and local-only workflows).
Right-sized fleet: Mix EDGE (large parts) and F200 (distributed throughput) to maximize output per dollar and reduce schedule risk.
Sustainment: wear-resistant ANVIL print head, linear-rail motion systems, recirculating filters, and certified material profiles reduce rework and downtime.
