Strategic Logix Named Premier Sponsor of DCOMP, a First-of-Its-Kind National Drone Competition

Fayetteville, NC — Strategic Logix is proud to be the Premier Sponsor of the Drone Competition (DCOMP), a first-of-its-kind event where military, academia, industry, and private citizens compete side-by-side in a two-day challenge at The Range Complex in Cumberland County, North Carolina, October 8–9, 2025. The event—presented by the Fayetteville Cumberland Economic Development Corporation (FCEDC) with partners NCInnovation, America Makes, and The Range Complex—spotlights the region’s defense innovation ecosystem and creates a direct pathway for multi-service collaboration.

DCOMP’s format blends Day 1 FPV racing lanes with Day 2 teamed tactical exercises, pushing operators to adapt under pressure and rewarding real-time innovation. An accompanying Innovation Challenge invites all attendees to surface ideas that advance training, readiness, and cutting-edge technologies—intentionally bridging academia, industry, DoD, and private citizens. Space is limited for drone-operator participants, and spectators are welcome to attend.
